Heidi is both business-savvy and creative–able to find missed business opportunities, streamline processes, improve accountability and service levels, while also having an impact on the people she leads. She has spent 30+ years doing just that through various operational roles, starting her career at Home Depot. At ACS, she leads the not only new business development initiatives, but also the creation and implementation of new service technologies that will make processes so simple for the employees to use, that it would be very easy to quickly impact business revenue and stay on track. This exciting new phase in our company will also maximize customer value, loyalty, and retention. Heidi enjoys golfing, kickboxing, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
